Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Blend the frozen pineapple with the coconut milk.
  2. Add the honey and blend until swirly smooth.
  3. Serve soft right away, or freeze for scoopable ice cream.
