The short version
We collect your email address when you sign up for our newsletter or free 7-day plan. That's basically it. We use it to send you recipes and guides. We never sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
- Email address — when you sign up for the newsletter or the free 7-day plan. You give it to us directly, and you confirm it (double opt-in).
- Basic site analytics — anonymous, aggregated data like which pages get visited, so we know what's useful. This doesn't identify you personally.
We don't collect your name, address, payment info, or anything else. There's nothing to buy directly on this site, so there's nothing to charge.
How we use it
Your email is used for one thing: sending you the WellNest newsletter and the free 7-day plan you asked for. That's recipes, buying guides, and occasional updates about new WellNest products.
We will never:
- Sell, rent, or trade your email address.
- Share it with third parties for their marketing.
- Send you things you didn't ask for.
Email service provider
Our emails are sent through a third-party email service (currently Sender). They store your email address securely and only use it to deliver our messages. They're bound by their own privacy obligations not to misuse it.
Cookies
This site uses minimal cookies: the ones needed for the site to work (like remembering your preferences) and anonymous analytics cookies that help us understand which content is useful. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. You can block cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work.
Affiliate links
WellNest participates in the Amazon Associates program. When you click an Amazon link on our site and buy something, Amazon may set its own cookies to track the referral so we get credited. That's between you and Amazon — governed by Amazon's privacy policy, not this one. We never see what you buy.
Your rights
You can, at any time:
- Unsubscribe — every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're out.
- Ask what we have — email us and we'll tell you what data we hold about you (spoiler: it's your email address).
- Ask us to delete it — email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" and we'll remove your email from our list.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you're subscribed. Unsubscribe, and we stop emailing you immediately. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active list right away — backup copies may linger for up to 30 days before they're automatically purged, which is standard for email systems.
Children
WellNest is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children. If you're a parent and believe your child gave us their email, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Big changes get announced in the newsletter too.
