Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • About ¾ cup almond butter (about 1 tbsp per date)
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted

Method

  1. Slice the dates open lengthwise and remove the pits.
  2. Fill each date with a spoonful of almond butter.
  3. Drizzle generously with melted dark chocolate.
  4. Chill 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.
