Berry Yogurt Bark with Honey

Creamy Greek yogurt, bright mixed berries, and a drizzle of honey freeze into a crisp, refreshing snack. It takes only a few minutes to assemble, then the freezer does the rest.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp honey

Method

  1. Spread the yogurt on a lined tray.
  2. Scatter the berries over the top.
  3. Drizzle with honey.
  4. Freeze for two hours, then break into pieces.

Why this recipe works

  • Full-fat Greek yogurt freezes creamier than nonfat. The fat keeps the bark from turning icy and rock-hard.
